What I build, and how it goes

Six kinds of work, one person accountable for all of it. And if what you need is not on this page, ask anyway: when it comes to building things that live on a screen, the limits are imagination and budget.

01

Websites

Marketing sites for trades, venues and local businesses.

What you get

  • A design made for your business, not a theme with your logo swapped in
  • Fast, phone-first pages with tap-to-call and a clear path to a quote or booking
  • Service and town pages written the way people actually search
  • Forms that land straight in your inbox, with spam filtering
  • Structured data, a sitemap and clean URLs, so search engines understand the business

A good fit if

Your current site is slow, dated, hard to update, or just not bringing in calls.

02

Web apps & SaaS

Software that runs part of your business, or is the business.

What you get

  • Client portals, booking and ticketing, staff dashboards
  • Accounts, roles and permissions, so the right people see the right things
  • Payments, subscriptions and invoices
  • Integrations with the tools you already use: QuickBooks, Stripe, Google Calendar, your phone system, email
  • Admin screens your team can run without calling me

A good fit if

Part of the business lives in spreadsheets and sticky notes, or you have a product idea that needs real software behind it.

03

Automation & AI

Let software do the busywork, so people can do the work.

What you get

  • AI phone answering that picks up, takes the quote request and logs the call with a transcript and summary
  • Scheduled jobs for invoices, reminders, late fees and renewal emails
  • Two-way syncs between the apps you already pay for
  • AI that drafts listings, estimates or summaries for a person to approve
  • Importers, scrapers and reports that replace copy and paste

A good fit if

Someone spends hours a week moving information between apps, or the phone rings when nobody can answer it.

04

Games & apps

Games, game tech and phone apps, when the idea calls for one.

What you get

  • Browser games with real-time multiplayer and a server that keeps play fair
  • Unreal Engine game work, including in-game wallet sign-in
  • Android apps that use the phone’s own sensors
  • Marketing sites and trailers for the game or app itself

A good fit if

You have a game, a training tool or an app idea, and you want someone who can build the whole thing, not just the website for it.

05

Local SEO

Be the business people find when they search nearby.

What you get

  • Service and town pages built around real searches
  • LocalBusiness structured data and an accurate sitemap
  • Guides that answer the questions customers ask before they call
  • Google Business Profile setup and cleanup
  • Fast pages, because speed is part of how search engines judge a site

A good fit if

People in your area search for what you do every day and find someone else.

06

Video & voice

Content for social, ads and your site, without a studio day.

What you get

  • AI-made video: short series, product ads and explainers
  • Voice-over: characters, narration and sports play-by-play
  • Product walkthrough videos filmed by code, so they stay current as the product changes

A good fit if

You need video or voice for a launch, an ad, or a steady social feed.

What every site includes

  • Built to load fast on a phone
  • Your number and contact paths one tap away
  • Structured data and an XML sitemap
  • Forms that come straight to your inbox
  • HTTPS hosting on a global network

How a project runs

  1. Step 1

    A conversation

You tell me what you need. I ask a lot of questions about how the business actually works.

  2. Step 2

    A written plan

Scope, pages or features, timeline and price, in writing before any work starts.

  3. Step 3

    Design and build

I design in the browser, so you see the real thing early, on your own phone.

  4. Step 4

    Launch

Domain, hosting, forms and search basics set up and tested before anyone sees it.

  5. Step 5

    After launch

Updates, fixes and new features when you need them.

Straight answers

Do you only build websites?
No. Websites are a big part of what I do, but I also build web apps, SaaS products, booking and ticketing systems, AI phone answering, automations, games, video and voice-over.
What does a project cost?
It depends on what it needs to do. Every project is quoted after a conversation, and you get the price in writing before any work starts.
Can you work with my existing site?
Yes. I’ve moved businesses off Wix, Webflow, WordPress and DudaMobile and brought their content and photos along.
Do you only work with businesses in Maine?
No. I’m based in Maine and have built for clients in Colorado, Idaho and Wyoming. Everything can happen by phone, email and video.
Will I be able to update it myself?
If you want to. Some clients get a simple admin for photos, events or pages; others would rather send me the changes.
Who will I be talking to?
Me. There is no account manager or outsourced team in the middle.

Don’t see it here? Ask.

If it’s digital, there’s usually a way. Tell me what you have in mind.
