ArborDash

ArborDash is software that runs a tree care company from one place: scheduling, CRM, estimates, invoicing, crews, compliance, and reporting. It is built for tree service owners and runs under each company’s own brand, with crew apps, an AI phone receptionist, and QuickBooks sync.

The brief

Tree care owners often run the business across separate tools for scheduling, estimates, crews, and the books, and calls get missed while crews are out on a job. I wanted one system that runs all of it under the company’s own brand, answers the phone when the team cannot, and keeps QuickBooks in sync without retyping, priced as one flat monthly plan with unlimited users.

What I built

  • Web dashboard with 84 page components for schedule, jobs, CRM, leads, estimates, invoices, purchase orders, inventory, compliance, time tracking, and reports, plus a platform admin console
  • Multi-company backend that keeps each company’s data separate by checking the signed-in account, with 18 scheduled jobs for billing, dunning, late fees, and data retention
  • White-label setup per company: logo, colors, custom dashboard domain, customer portal, and branded iOS and Android crew apps built from one shared app, with background GPS and push notifications
  • AI phone receptionist that answers around the clock, after hours, or only when the team misses a call, logs each call with a transcript and summary, and comes with a softphone in the dashboard
  • Two-way QuickBooks Online sync for customers, estimates, invoices, payments, and service items, plus Google Calendar and a bank feed for AI-assisted bookkeeping
  • Satellite property mapping: pin trees, draw lawn zones, and fill estimate lines from measured square footage; a route planner orders up to 25 stops by drive time
  • 68-page marketing site with 22 feature pages, 4 competitor comparisons, a 10-post blog, and a 17-article Help Center generated from source files
  • Automated video pipeline that films each feature page’s silent loop from a scripted shot list and refuses to record anything but the demo account
