Medical Shirt Shop is an online store selling medical-themed t-shirts for nurses, doctors, other healthcare workers, and patients. It is a custom storefront with Printify printing and fulfillment, online checkout, and an admin studio that turns a design idea into a print-ready product.

The brief
The goal was a print-on-demand store where one admin flow takes a shirt idea all the way to a listed product: generate the art, prepare it for print, write the listing, and create the product in Printify. Paid orders also had to reach the printer automatically, with checkout staying on the site.
What I built
- Custom storefront with shop search, sorting, and pagination, plus collections, product pages, cart, and checkout
- Printify integration that creates products on Bella+Canvas 3001 blanks, syncs the catalog and per-color mockups, and submits paid orders for printing and shipping
- Embedded card checkout that keeps buyers on the site, with each paid order recorded once and forwarded to Printify
- Admin design studio with 16 style presets and an AI prompt helper that feeds image generation, which returns light-ink and dark-ink versions of each design
- Print pipeline that crops and upscales art to the 4500 x 5100 px print area, while AI drafts the product title, description, and tags
- Color map covering 53 shirt colors that gives each one the right black or white neck label and sends each variant the matching design version
- Catalog of more than 100 designs by February 2026, organized by profession and by condition, with a category manager for bulk assignment
- Per-page meta tags and Product structured data on product pages
