The brief

The collective had a one-page site and needed room for much more: a page for each discipline, events with ticketing, paid classes, and a way to accept donations. I replaced it with a full platform where the collective edits its own pages and handles tickets, payments, invoices, and door check-in from one dashboard.

What I built

Site with pillar pages for dance, fire, aerial, and spirit, plus offerings, events, member bios, sponsors, and a gallery with focal-point cropping
Custom on-site card checkout for event tickets, plus online payments for paid classes, monthly subscriptions, and donations
Per-seat QR tickets with an emailed confirmation, and a door scanner in the dashboard that reads tickets with a phone’s rear camera
Schedule calendar with list, day, week, and month views, Google Calendar sync, and a Google Drive picker for importing photos and video
Revenue page with tabs for tickets, classes, workshops, gigs, donations, and invoices, including an invoice generator that sends branded invoices
Dashboard editors for page content, hero media, sponsor tiers, lineups, and members, plus newsletter signups and emailed replies to contact messages
Event structured data for search engines, a sitemap, caching on public data reads, and rate limits on public forms
